The Firm is currently managed by Lloyd de Suze, a registered architect with the Board of Architecture of Trinidad and Tobago and Hannah de Suze, a qualified interior designer. This generational spread in management defines the present direction of the firm, incorporating fresh and innovative ideas aided by technological skills in combination with extensive professional experience.

Architecture and interior design when considered together blur the distinctions to produce a holistic solution to the built environment. We have been fortunate to have been involved in many projects requiring the execution of both disciplines.
Lloyd de Suze acquired full ownership of the Practice in January, 2021. The current management respectfully acknowledges the accomplishments and mentorship of the previous directorship. Supported by a relatively small dedicated staff, the practice aims for a high level of design quality and client services on which the firm acquired its reputation.

Lloyd de Suze joined the Practice in 1978 and held positions including junior architect, project architect and director over the past 45 years.
In the course of that period he developed the interior design services with notable clients.
Hannah de Suze

Following her return from New York, Hannah de Suze joined the Practice in 2015 as interior designer. Through the 8 years she has moved from interior designer to associate director and is now director in charge of interiors. Hannah has completed a range of interior projects from small to large office fit outs for private clients, as well as, design-build contracts in collaboration with main contractors.
