The Firm is currently managed by Lloyd de Suze, a registered architect with the Board of Architecture of Trinidad and Tobago and Hannah de Suze, a qualified interior designer. This generational spread in management defines the present direction of the firm, incorporating fresh and innovative ideas aided by technological skills in combination with extensive professional experience.

The provision of accommodation for decentralised services: Magistrate Courts, Post Office, Warden’s Office, Community
Development, Election & Boundaries and Town & Country Planning Division. Two separate 3-storey wings to separate the Magistrate Courts from the rest of the facilities, both connected by external balconies.
The buildings are well set back from the main street to provide for a landscaped plaza for public use. The design intent was to provide a civic centre to suit a Caribbean lifestyle.
