The Firm is currently managed by Lloyd de Suze, a registered architect with the Board of Architecture of Trinidad and Tobago and Hannah de Suze, a qualified interior designer. This generational spread in management defines the present direction of the firm, incorporating fresh and innovative ideas aided by technological skills in combination with extensive professional experience.

A functionally specific building located on an off the main campus. Accommodation included lecture theatres of varying sizes, classrooms, student lounges, science laboratories and administration facilities. Principal design elements include:
central pedestrian ramp to cater for the heavy student circulation
mingling spaces for students
acoustical treatment between lecture halls
audio- visual technology for the lecture theatres
science laboratory specialised services
