In 2022 Gillespie+Partners Ltd were commissioned by our client to develop a Master Site Plan for the phased development of their industrial site. The commission also included the design of several warehouse /office facilities for their high profile tenant base. While the names of the tenants are confidential at this time we illustrate the projects to demonstrate our increasing expertise in this building genre.
