Proposal
The design scope was for a residential development in the form of 3 townhouse units on a typical infill site. Being hemmed in on three sides by existing buildings the proposed design explored ideas to preserve privacy to interior living spaces. In addition, the rooftops were developed as a further amenity to take advantage of surrounding views and as an escape from the ground plane activity.
The project is yet to be implemented.
